RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As our items are of food and drink nature we do not offer returns nor exchanges due to health and hygiene on parcels that have been opened.
In the event your parcel has not been opened and you wish to return it, please contact us at contact@freezologie.com
All returned parcels must be received back into our warehouse within 14 days of them being delivered to you. Should the parcel be returned outside this timeframe, we will be unable to process it ad any return costs remain the buyers responsibility.
If you wish to cancel an order that you have placed, please email us at contact@freezologie.com and type in capitals ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST in the subject line.
Please note that orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed.
For returns, the original postage cost shall not be refunded.
Gift Cards cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
